Hi Jason,

I really couldn’t let this morning’s experience go without making a comment….

We started having print issues yesterday as one by one the staff in the office found themselves unable to print. Our first port of call was Mike and Joseph at Positive IT, and after some investigation it was found to be a problem that needed intervention by Digital Systems. Without prompting, Mike got in touch with Digital Systems and we had an engineer on site by 10.15 this morning and he worked alongside Joseph on the phone to fix the problem. We were back up and printing by 11am – just in time for us to print off and submit a new grant funding application.

So a big ‘thank you’ to both of your companies – what a great example of working together to keep a customer happy, it really is appreciated.
